1. Product & Orders

Products include t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and beanies—made and printed locally.

Some items are in stock; others are made-to-order.

Orders are placed via our website.

2. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and card payments.

All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

3. Shipping

Delivery is available within Morocco only.

Estimated delivery time: 1–7 days.

Delivery fees: 20 MAD (Casablanca), 30–70 MAD (other cities).

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted only for damaged products or incorrect items.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges only; refunds are not provided.

5. Limited Edition Products

Accessories or gifts included with limited edition items must be returned if an exchange is requested.

6. Delivery Guarantee

If the product is delivered after 7 days, shipping is free.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos and designs, is the property of KEJENSE. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
