1. What kind of products does KEJENSE offer ?

We offer high-quality t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and beanies. All items are made and printed locally in Morocco.

2. How can I place an order ?

Just visit our website, choose your product, select your size, and place your order.

3. What are the delivery fees and timeline ?

Casablanca: 20 MAD

Other cities: 30–70 MAD

Delivery time: 1 to 7 days, depends on which city you live in.

4. What happens if my order is wrong or damaged ?

If the item is damaged or you received the wrong size or product, you can request an exchange within 7 days.

5. Can I return a limited edition item ?

Yes, but you must return all included accessories or gifts with the item.

6. How can I pay ?

You can pay online via bank card or in cash upon delivery.

7. Do you deliver outside of Morocco ?

Not yet. For now, we only ship within Morocco.

8. What if my product arrives late ?

If the delivery takes more than 7 days, shipping is on us completely free!
